This is very much a weight loss oriented blog that aims to bring you a great deal of information, advice and assistance with all topics that fall under the banner of how to lose weight and lose it with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of ease. There are a great many ways to lose weight from dieting to exercise and the use of supplements, pills and herbal treatments. There are also alternative measures such as hypnosis, acupuncture, homeopathy and the like that have varying degrees of success depending upon the person and the nature of their problem. Lastly, there are what most people view as the last resort measures, which are surgery such as gastric bands, stapling and other measures to reduce the size of the stomach or cosmetic surgery such as liposuction.

Our main agenda here is to concentrate on the more natural measures available for losing weight, so while all forms have their place, we prefer to advise people to take the natural route where possible and really only look at surgery procedures as a very last resort.
